How to delete your account

Option 1 — In-App (recommended, if you still have the app installed)

Open the Brolan app and sign in.
Tap Me (bottom-right tab).
Tap your avatar / profile row to enter Profile.
Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
Confirm the deletion. Your account and associated data will be removed immediately.

Option 2 — By Email (if you no longer have the app or cannot sign in)

Send an email to the address below with the following information:

Subject: Account Deletion Request

Body must include:

The phone number or email address used to register the account
A brief statement confirming you are the account owner

We will verify your ownership (we may reply asking for additional verification, e.g. a code sent to the registered phone number or email) and process the deletion within 7 business days. Once completed, you will receive a confirmation reply.

What data is deleted and what is retained

Category	Data	Retention after deletion
Deleted immediately	All personal data associated with your account: account ID, phone number, email address, password hash, nickname, avatar, personal profile, bound smart device relationships, shoe-wall content, in-app messages, push tokens.	Removed from production systems immediately; residual copies in encrypted database backups are purged within 30 days as backups rotate.
Retained for legal reasons	None. Brolan does not process purchase / order data through this app, and does not retain any user data after deletion for legal or tax purposes.	N/A

Note

Deletion is irreversible. Bound smart devices will be unlinked and must be re-provisioned by any new owner.
The smart devices themselves (physical hardware) are not affected.
Any data you previously shared with other users (e.g. shared shoe-wall posts) will be removed from your account view; anonymized copies visible to recipients may persist until the recipients themselves delete them.

如何删除您的账号

方式一 — App 内删除(推荐,适用于仍安装本 App 的用户)

打开 波澜智能 App 并登录。
点击底部导航栏 "我的"。
点击顶部头像/个人信息栏,进入 "用户信息" 页面。
下拉到页面底部,点击 "删除账号"。
按提示确认。您的账号及相关数据将立即被删除。

方式二 — 邮件申请(适用于已卸载 App 或无法登录的用户)

请向以下邮箱发送申请,并附上必要信息:

标题: 账号删除申请

正文需包含:

注册账号所用的手机号或邮箱地址
确认您本人为账号所有人的简短声明

我们会核验您的身份(可能通过回复邮件、向注册手机号/邮箱发送验证码等方式二次核实),并在 7 个工作日内 完成删除。处理完成后会通过邮件回复确认。

删除与保留的数据说明

立即删除	与您账号关联的全部个人数据:账号 ID、手机号、邮箱地址、密码哈希、昵称、头像、个人资料、绑定的智能设备关系、鞋墙数据、App 内消息、推送 Token。	生产系统立即删除;加密数据库备份中的残留副本在 30 天内随备份轮换自动清理。
因法规保留	无。波澜智能 App 未涉及订单/交易数据处理,也不会因法律或税务原因在账号删除后保留任何用户数据。	不适用

注意事项

账号删除操作 不可撤销。绑定的智能设备将被解绑,如需再次使用需重新配网。
硬件设备本身不受影响。
您此前分享给其他用户的内容(如鞋墙分享)将从您的账号视图中移除;接收方本地已保存的匿名副本可能在其自行删除前继续存在。
